Founded and led by Catherine Ritchie in 2025, we have proudly enabled c-suite leaders, entrepreneurs, career-switchers and more to clarify and pursue their vision.

Catherine is a double-certified, EMCC accredited coach, mentor and multi-award winning workplace experience leader. She has designed and delivered people experience strategies for market-leading businesses for almost a decade.
